Windsurfer House: 1 Hopkins Street. Windsurfer House is a fabulous beach front apartment with some of the best views of the bay in Lancelin. This apartment is designed for two or four people to take advantage of the ocean views across the bay. The upper floor is all about living, from the moment you enter the views are breath taking from every window. The design is to make life easy and laid back while your completely distracted by the view. Lunch is served through the servery window to the outdoor setting and bbq area on the deck from the well appointed fully equipped kitchen. Moving into the lounge area guests can roll back the door’s in the lounge to bring the outside in opening the entire top floor up to the outside views. Nothing has been left to chance missing something happening on the water. The Master Bed is also located on the upper floor, taking advantage of all the views.
Lunch on the deck or at the formal dining table, watching the wind and kite surfer’s along with all the cray fisherman bringing in their catch can take all afternoon.
The lower floor has a covered entry with the second bedroom leading off the foyer. The bedroom has a full bathroom, dressing room. Sleeping for four people and if connected to the Windsurfer Studio, sleeping for six. (See details on this web site for the Studio facilities)
Windsurfer Beach Chalets: 1 Hopkins Street. The Windsurfer Beach Chalets are located on the beach front and have the Offshore Coffee shop and bakery right next door, so it’s not far to go for the early morning coffee. It’s easy walk to the super market and park or take a stroll along the beach to the jetty for a bit of fishing then up to the Endevour Tavern for lunch on the lawn.
The Chalets are fully self contained with everything you need for relaxing getaway, each has two bedrooms, with queen size beds in the main room and two set’s bunk beds in the second bedroom. There is a covered courtyard available to all the Chalets that includes bbq’s, outdoor setting and garden area off the rear of the Chalets. There is a full laundry as well as wash down facilities for the toys when you came back from the beach. Each Chalet has plenty of room for parking and there is also room for a boat or two. There are also extra items for guests such as extra chairs and fold out tables for a get together outside as well as several kitchen items that you may wish to use if friends drop in, just ask at reception, we are always happy to help out wherever possible to make sure your trip to Lancelin and the Windsurfer Beach Chalets is a happy one.

The Big House is combination of Hula Shack and Aloha Shack. This gives guests a large family holiday home comprising 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 12 people. Both Hula and Aloha Shacks have bathrooms and full kitchen facilities so everyone is catered for.

Hula Shack is located central to town across the road from the main park, bakery and shops.
This 2 bedroom property has a queen bed in the Master bedroom and a double bed in the second making it ideal for couples.

This 2 bedroom property has a Queen bed in the Master, a Queen bed in the second along with two sets of bunk-beds.
Sail House: 5 Walker Avenue. This beautifully appointed property sits high on a hill overlooking Lancelin’s main park from the deck and bbq area, from the second viewing deck you can look out over the bay. Large enclosed yard surrounds the Sail House so there is plenty of room for boats, trailers and an extra car. The owners have thought of everything and had guest comfort in mind right down to the Wi Fi connection.
Ayres Rocks: 43 Ayres Crescent. Ayres Rocks is set in a secluded street in the quiet southern end of town. This great brick home contains an array of comfortable features including 3 bedrooms inside and an adjoining studio bedroom with ensuite, 3 split system air-cons, spa bath, ceiling fans, walk-in master robe, side access, sheltered patio/bbq area and connectivity with another property on our list – Sea Breeze. It’s a versatile and lovely home that will satisfy your requirements for a stress-free, beach-side holiday!
Beach Gums: 24 Horton Way. This property is located on the south side of town only 500m from Back Beach. The kitchen/dining area is central to the home with access to the children’s play area and large sunken lounge. Out the back there is a large patio with bbq which boasts a pool table and dartboard,there is even a basketball hoop for the kids! The rear yard is fully enclosed making it great for kids. Beach Gums has the ideal setup for a holiday away whether it’s summer or winter.
Sir Lancelot – A modern home in a quiet cul-de-sac near the dunes. This well furnished property has everything you need to make your holiday extra comfortable! With a large well equipped kitchen, gas oven and stovetop, dishwasher, large fridge, and an open plan living and dining. There is plenty of room for larger groups, with 4 bedrooms and sleeping for 12 people. This property is a great holiday home at anytime of year, whether it’s a Winter weekend getaway or a lazy week in Summer.
Sea Breeze: 57 Casserley Way. This four bedroom family home has lounge dining and kitchen all together with access out to the bbq area off the rear verandah. There is a large fully enclosed grassed yard to the rear of the property with room for boats, trailers and toy’s all behind lockable gates. Sea Breeze is situated right opposite Back Beach (Lancelin’s main swimming and surfing beach), it’s a short walk to the main park and shops, so it’s perfectly located for all the family.

The Castle: 28 Lucraft Loop (Ledge Point) This double storey brick home sits atop a hill with a long balcony overlooking Ledge point and the Indian Ocean. With four bedrooms and a rumpus room containing 2 bunks, the property can accommodate up to 12 people. A large upstairs living/kitchen area provides plenty of space to relax in and two bathrooms offer convenience to guests. Although there is no air conditioning, ceiling fans are present throughout to compliment the sea breeze. An additional fridge downstairs helps to combat the warmth of Summer.

Wave House: 86a Gingin Road. Wave House is one of the very few properties in Western Australia that claim beach front and mean it. There is no road between Wave House front lawn and the white sandy beach we call Bay Beach.
The owners of Wave House have presented their holiday home in a timeless beach style that takes full advantage of the ocean views. Wave House has three sleeping areas, all with just enough separation to let guests feel they can be all together on the deck or around the bbq while having their own space in truly relaxed atmosphere.
The upper floor has the master bedroom with a queen bed and main bathroom with large spa. A walk through to the lounge and kitchen to be greeted by the very best of views over the Indian Ocean Lancelin has to offer from every window.
Downstairs there are apartment styled bedrooms very cleverly separated by a bathroom, bedroom two has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two king single beds.
Adjacent to the main house you’ll come across “The Studio” yet another apartment comprising a queen bed and ensuite. This apartment has it’s own front verandah and has been slightly angled to give the guest an uninterrupted view.
There are two deck area’s on the upper floor, one looking to the north, the other to the south. The southern facing deck has a bbq with outdoor setting all accessible from both the upper level lounge and master bedroom. It is from here guests enjoy the indescribable sunset’s the Western Australian coast line is famous for. Many photo’s from this vantage point are treasured memento’s of a holiday at Wave House. The ground floor area includes another bbq area and out door shower for that rinse off after you stroll back from the beach.
Altogether they form Wave House, one of Lancelin’s best Holiday destinations.
Back Beach Breakers – 18b Casserley Way. Located on the south side of town around 700 meters from Bay Beach, Back Beach and the local shopping centre. Out the back there is a large patio and bbq for you to enjoy with verandahs the whole way around the house, making it cooler in the summer months. The yard is also fully enclosed if you choose to bring your four legged friends. Inside there are three bedrooms, two rooms have queen beds and the third two sets of bunks, making it ideal for smaller groups.
The ReTreet: 15 Atkinson Way. You’ll find “The ReTreet” set far back from the road nestled amongst the tree’s that surround the grassed front yard just begging for a game of cricket. With five bedrooms you’ll have room for the whole team, there are two lounge area’s with TV’s, airconditioning, large well appointed kitchen including two large fridges, set alongside a large dining area with seating for 8.
Located just around the corner from the jetty, ideal for a fishing trip, close to coffee shops and the Bay Beach ideal for a swim before short stroll along the beach to the iconic Endevour Tavern for a cold beer or a meal out on the lawn overlooking the bay.
The five bedrooms have a Queen in the master up stairs which has it’s own toilet and basin facility along with access to the upstairs deck, also upstairs is bedroom two with a double bed and bedroom three with a set of bunks, head down the spiral staircase to bedroom 4 with a double bed and a set of bunks and finally separated by the downstairs lounge you’ll find bedroom 5 with a queen size bed and a set of bunks.
Dunkin Dunes: 3 Revilo St. This property is located in Lancelin South, close to the beach and golf course only 3.5 kms from the Lancelin’s main shopping area and park.
This brand new family home has three large bedrooms and a sitting room with fold-out lounge along with two bathrooms. The owners have thought of everything you may need while relaxing on holiday and have supplied a Home Theatre complete with Foxtel and Netflix, the property also has Wi Fi to all areas so you can keep up with friends or just check on the weather.
For the sporting minded, Lancelin’s “Links Golf Course” is minutes away, it’s a walk through the dunes to the beach for fishing or a dip and located in the large back yard is a Mini Basketball court as well. Back Beach 55: 55 Casserley Way. This fantastic holiday home is located right on the entrance to Back Beach, Lancelin’s best swimming and surfing spot.
The four bedrooms and expansive lounge, kitchen and dining make it one of the best holiday destinations in Lancelin, three of the large bedrooms have queen size beds the fourth has three single beds.
There is a fully enclosed yard surrounding the patio and bbq area along with an outdoor setting and outdoor shower for a quick splash after a day at the beach. Great outdoors with airconditioned comfort indoors the owners have presented their holiday home with your comfort in mind.
Lancelot – 45 Cockram St. This property is located just a short stroll from the shopping complex and Bay Beach (400m). It features a large yard and lawn that is fully enclosed with rear access and a verandah on all four sides-perfect for kids and dogs!
Inside,a big open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is great for relaxing and has a comfortable ‘beachy’ feel. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom with a double and 2 sets of bunks in the second and third bedrooms.

There is an enclosed yard at the rear of the property and a large lockable garage for all the toy’s. The main living area is upstairs comprising kitchen, lounge and dining with sliding doors to the deck from all rooms.
Ocean Spray: 22 Casserley Way. This holiday home is located toward the southern quieter end of town and it’s just a short walk to either bay beach or back beach, the coffee shop, main park, shops and bakery. The bbq area and out door setting is located on the front verandah (out of any wind that might come up) with easy access to the kitchen. There is large lounge dining with airconditioning, a large rear yard and plenty of room for cars, boats and trailers.
Starfish cottage is ideal for couples or a small family, this two bedroom cottage is located in a quiet street a short walk to the beach and close to the main park, shops and bakery. There is a fully enclosed yard for pet’s and children to play safely.
