Q – Can we leave later in the afternoon?
A – Should you need to extend your stay, just inform our office and every effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
Q – Do i have to pay for everything before we arrive?
A – A deposit is required with the booking. We will forward our Bank Account details for a Direct Deposit or a Credit Card Payment can be made over the phone. NOTE: a 2% fee is incurred with all Credit Card transactions. Personal Cheques and other credit arrangements will only be considered if prior authorizations is obtained from the management.
Q –Can we bring out pet dog?
A – Yes, pets are welcome at all our houses. They are not permitted inside at any time though. They are allowed inside at the Windsurfer Beach Chalets but are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
Q – Do we need to bring linen?
A – Linen is supplied at most of our houses. Please check when making your booking. Bath towels are not supplied.
